Admission Requirements

Certificate of Previous Education
Government-issued certificate or Official replacement letter of the certificate issued by respective Government authority.

Academic Transcript
Official academic transcript from your senior high school.

School Principal's Recommendation Letter
A recommendation letter from your school principal endorsing your application to UIN Suska Riau.

Motivation Letter
A personal statement outlining your academic goals and motivation to study at UIN Suska Riau.

Valid Passport
Minimum 18 months validity from the date of application.

Registration Payment
Payment is processed through the UIN Suska Riau Academic Team intermediary. Please contact Mr. Juni Harianto Purnomo at 0812-6640-0090 (within working hours). You will be notified for next steps once your payment is confirmed.

Parent/Guardian Declaration
Declaration letter stating that your parents or guardians have sufficient fund to support your study.

Documents in English
All documents must be in English or accompanied by an official English translation.
Step by Step
Admission Process
Before you proceed to the admission process, you will have to complete the registration payment. The payment proof must be uploaded along with other required documents.

Register Online
Create your account on the PMB portal, select International Admission pathway.

Upload Documents
Upload academic certificates and transcript, front page of passport containing identity information, along with other required documents as stated in the Admission Requirements.

Verification Process
Admission committee reviews your application. The outcome will be notified via email.

Offer Letter
Once your application is successful, an offer letter will be sent to you with an acceptance letter. You need to act immediately within the time frame specified in the letter whether to accept the offer or not. If you accept the offer, you will have to pay a tuition fee specified in the offer.

Payment of Tuition Fee
Payment is processed through the UIN Suska Riau Academic Team intermediary. Please contact Mr. Juni Harianto Purnomo at 0812-6640-0090 (within working hours). You will be notified for next steps once your payment is confirmed.

Letter of Acceptance for Visa Application
After your first tuition fee is received, you will be sent a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to enable you to apply for a student visa. Our admissions team will guide you throughout this process.
